## Pricing

- **Core Haven is free** — guest tools on your device, meetings search, grounding skills, HALT check-ins, coping cards, local journal, and the Wellbeing Library.
- **Free Haven account** — optional cloud backup, insights, milestones, sponsor tools, and community features when you choose to use them.
- **Haven Pro (optional)** — paid subscription for unlimited AI-assisted features. Pro is not required for private tools or community access you already have.

### Do I need an account?

No. Many tools work as a guest on your device. Create a free Haven account when you want cloud backup, community features, insights, or sharing with trusted support.

### How much does Haven cost?

Core Haven features are free. Haven Pro is an optional subscription for unlimited AI-assisted features.

### Is Haven a therapy or crisis service?

No. Haven is a self-support companion. It does not replace therapists, sponsors, meetings, or emergency services. Use Panic / Crisis Tools or local emergency numbers when you need immediate help.

### How is Haven different from a journal app or social network?

Haven combines private reflection tools, recovery and wellness utilities, and optional community features in one calm app. You control what stays on-device, what syncs to your private backup, and what you share.
